Volunteer with Bed-Stuy Campaign Against Hunger!

Bed-Stuy Campaign Against Hunger currently have volunteers opportunities available in the food pantry. Tasks include helping unload/sort deliveries, providing customer service to clients visiting the food pantry, and restocking shelves. During the farming season, they allow volunteers to harvest produce, prepare the ground, distribute compost and various task assigned by the farm manager.

The hours of operation are listed below for working in the pantry. They ask that volunteers contribute a minimum of two hours during their shift, but you are more than welcome to commit to volunteering longer. Right now there greatest need is on Tuesday afternoons from 2pm-6pm and also on Thursday’s from 12pm-4pm.
