About the event
The outpouring of donations for the 239+ refugee children stranded here in New York City has been awe-inspiring. So many of you have brought in clothing, diapers and other goods today that our office is overflowing, and the agencies working with the children have told us they can no longer handle additional physical contributions. We are still in need of volunteers to help sort and transport the remaining donations. Sign up for a volunteer shift here.
